摘要:The new technology was used to study the cadmiumtelluride thin-film solar cells and achieve good results by Doctor Pan.Recently, the efficiency of battery conversion has broken through 17.8%, andthe industrialization of the core material of the new thin-film CdTe/CdS solarcells has led to the rapid development of China's cadmium telluride thin-filmsolar cell. Then the technology come into the world's advanced ranks.
报告人简介:Pan Jingong, Ph.D., isgeneral manager in the Chengdu Photoelectric Material Co., LTD., China BuildingMaterials Group Company. He was an expert of Bengbu Glass Industry Design and ResearchInstitute at the State Key Laboratory of Float GassNew Technology, New JerseyInstitute of Technology. He was deputy director in cadmium telluride solarenergy research center. Now, he is Sichuan province's thousand planningexperts. The molecular Cluster water structure memory study (Cluster water) wasawarded by Science as the world's topten scientific research breakthroughs in 2004. In 2007, the research center ofcadmium telluride was established, and the research and development of a newgeneration of high purity metallic telluride photoelectric materials wasestablished. The theory of compound semiconductor proposed by the center hasgained international attention. He took part in and completed six provincialand ministerial research projects, published more than 20 high-level academicpapers in international journals, and applied for 34 patents.潘锦功,博士,教授级高工,成都中建材光电材料有限公司总经理,蚌埠玻璃工业设计研究院浮法玻璃新技术国家重点实验室特聘专家,美国新泽西理工大学碲化镉太阳能研究中心创办人、常务副主任。皇家永利千人计划专家。博士留美期间从事的分子簇水结构记忆力研究(Cluster water),被《科学》杂志评为2004年世界十大科研突破。2007年开始组建碲化镉材料研究中心,从事新一代高纯稀散金属碲基光电材料的研究与开发。中心提出的化合物半导体理论得到国际高度关注。主持参与并完成6项省部级科研项目,在国际刊物上发表高水平论文20余篇,申请发明专利34项。
