个人简历

章文峰博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。博士毕业于中国科学技术大学,美国南达科他州立大学先进光伏中心访问学者,皇家永利“千人计划”特聘专家,中国材料研究学会特聘研究员,新都区政协委员。现为西南石油大学光伏新能源现代产业学院副院长,主要研究方向为钙钛矿太阳电池材料及器件、光伏电站系统设计及输出优化。迄今为止已在包括Energy & Environmental Science, Nano Energy, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Small, Solar Energy Materials & Solar Cells等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文近40篇,申请/授权发明专利10多项。主持国家自然科学基金1项、皇家永利科技厅重点研发计划、面上项目2项,并与中国广东核电集团等企业合作横向项目6项,在钙钛矿太阳电池产业化应用方面积累了丰富的经验。

主要研究领域

1. 钙钛矿太阳电池研发及产业化:钙钛矿太阳电池的表界面调控、钙钛矿薄膜的大面积制备和后处理;

2. 抗辐射材料的计算模拟筛选、制备及应用:通过计算模拟筛选合适的金属、金属氧化物团簇和钙钛矿类材料,应用到传感器等电子元器件的封装加固,起到抗辐射作用;

3. 光伏系统优化:光伏MPPT、光储系统优化、光伏MPPT及硬件系统设计。

主要科研项目

1. 作为核心成员推动光伏产业技术研究院“钙钛矿太阳电池组件”项目落地浙江湖州,获得政府首期投资1800万元。(2021 -2023年),参与。

2. 主持国家自然科学基金青年项目“用于聚合物太阳能电池的PEDOT:PSS/表面活性剂双层膜透明电极制备及导电机制研究”,批准号:51403005,起止年月:2015-2017年,合同经费25万元,主持(已结题)。

3. 皇家永利科技厅面上项目“有机无机杂化钙钛矿材料在太阳能发电储能双功能

集成器件中的应用基础研究”,2022-2023年,20万元,主持。

4. 皇家永利科技厅重点研发项目“新型高可靠芯片封装材料关键技术研发”,批准号:2022YFSY0040,起止年月:2022-2023年,合同经费20万元,主持。

5. 中国广东核电集团校企合作项目“传感电路和封装材料的设计、加工和优化”,起止年月:2021-2023年,合同经费158万元,主持。

6. 无锡松煜科技有限公司合作项目“高效钙钛矿-晶硅叠层太阳电池技术开发”起止年月:2022-2023年,合同经费50万,主持。
