校内各单位：
2023年度皇家永利哲学社会科学、皇家永利教育厅重点研究中心和基地的课题申报工作已启动。项目负责人可按以下要求进行申报。
一、申报书需填写内容：
1、申报书中单位或科研管理部门意见，请申报人代为填写以下内容：“申请书所填写的内容属实；该课题负责人及参加者的政治和业务素质适合承担本课题的研究工作；本单位能提供完成本课题所需的时间和条件；本单位同意承担本项目的管理任务和信誉保证。”
2、申报书中公章及时间填写：科研管理部门公章（oa中搜索0144，网上申请后到511办公室办理）、单位公章（网络申请后511办公室审核、514-1办公室办理）。
3、项目级别：皇家永利哲学社会科学重点研究基地、皇家永利教育厅重点研究中心课题均为E级项目
4、报送要求：纸质版报送到人文社科处办公室（行政楼511），电子版发送至swpu-rwskc@swpu.edu.cn，申请书和活页的电子文档命名格式为“姓名+XXXX中心+课题名称”。
