On January 12^th, Chengdu Meifute Environmental Industry Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu Meifute) donated ￥300,000 to Southwest Petroleum University （hereinafter referred to as SWPU）. The donation ceremony was held at Conference Room 209 of the Office Building.

According to the donation agreement, Chengdu Meifute donates ￥100,000 annually to SWPU Education Development Foundation for three consecutive years starting from 2024. The "Meifute Encouragement Scholarship", established in the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, will support excellent undergraduate and graduate students in financial hardships.

Li Qunying, Chengdu Meifute President, stated that as a company with a strong sense of social responsibility, Chengdu Meifute has been working on public welfare for many years. Chengdu Meifute has maintained close communication and cooperation with Southwest Petroleum University for a long time, and is willing to take this opportunity to promote cooperation for both parties, and cultivate talents together.
